Eliminate Unwanted Hair
For Men and Women

Electrolysis
vs.
Laser

Electrolysis is the only permanent method of hair removal. The FDA does not recognize any other method as permanent. To permanently eliminate active hair follicles requires a series of treatments over a period of time. Inactive follicles present a potential for new growth, which may necessitate periodic maintenance appointments. Consistency in maintaining a prescribed course of treatment scheduling will significantly influence progress. As treatment progresses and hair growth decreases, sessions become less frequent and shorter in duration.

ABOUT Hair Laser Reduction

New technology has developed and there are many laser hair removal solutions being advertised. The truth is that laser hair treatments are approved by the FDA as hair reduction NOT permanent removal.

  • Darkly pigmented skin absorbs too much laser energy in their skin and may cause sensitivity to the sun.
  • The darker the skin, the more session required and the greater laser exposure and the chance for adverse skin.
  • Laser hair removal works best for light skin and coarse, dark hair
  • Lasers have no effect on gray or blonde hair.

We are starting to see more and more clients that have the laser treatments come back to us. Electrolysis is still the ONLY permanent solution that treats the entire hair follicle and is more effective for darker skin.
